OBJECTIVES OF GENDER SENSITIZATION CELL

To create positive values among male and female students as well as staff members.
To create an environment of justice.
To instill positive values about equality in young developing minds as they progress towards a fair and unbiased society.
To make a forum for open discussion on gender issues.
To deal with the cases of sexual/ psychological/ emotional/ physical harassment as per the capability of the college as an academic institution.

Organize guidance sessions for all concerned objectives.
Create awareness among students about gender equality and empower all women.
To examine all grievance letters received from staff or students by collecting the required information from connected people.
To give feedback to the concerned person to find a solution for their grievances.
The committee will record grievances if any received from students/staff in a separate register maintained exclusively for this purpose.
The committee should find a suitable solution to the problem faced by student/staff in regards to the matter relating to sexual/psychological or physical harassment within 10 days after thorough investigation.
